Refund Policy

At DnR IT Solutions LLP, we believe that every client should have the opportunity to evaluate the quality of our services and assess the progress of their digital marketing or SEO campaign.

To support this, we offer a limited first-month refund assurance for eligible new clients, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

First-Month Refund Assurance

Eligible new clients may request a refund for the first month of service if they do not observe reasonable improvement in the agreed campaign parameters during the first month.

The refund request must be submitted in writing within the applicable first-month service period and will be reviewed based on the work completed, agreed scope of services, campaign activities, and other relevant factors.

However, a refund will not be applicable simply because the Client decides not to continue the campaign after making the first month's payment. Once a campaign begins, DnR IT Solutions LLP allocates professional resources, time, tools, and other operational expenses toward the campaign. Payment gateway and transaction charges may also be incurred and are generally non-recoverable.

Discounted & Promotional Packages

The first-month refund assurance does not apply to packages purchased at a discounted price or under any special offer, promotional campaign, negotiated discount, or special pricing arrangement, unless expressly confirmed in writing by DnR IT Solutions LLP.

SEO & Digital Marketing Performance

Digital marketing and SEO are dynamic services influenced by search-engine algorithms, market competition, website history, technical factors, content, industry trends, and other factors beyond our direct control.

For this reason, it is not always possible to guarantee a specific numerical outcome, search-engine ranking, traffic volume, lead count, sales figure, or revenue.

Our commitment is to apply appropriate technical strategies, ethical SEO practices, ongoing analysis, and professional expertise to improve the Client's online visibility and campaign performance.

Continuation Beyond the First Month

The first-month refund assurance is applicable only to the first month of an eligible campaign.

If the Client chooses to continue the campaign into the second month or any subsequent month, the first-month refund assurance will automatically expire and will no longer be applicable.

Continuation of the campaign indicates that the Client has reviewed the initial progress and has elected to continue receiving the services.

We believe that a successful digital marketing relationship is built on transparency, consistent communication, measurable progress, and long-term collaboration. Our objective is to provide our clients with a professional and sustainable service experience.

This Refund Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Service Agreement, quotation, proposal, and other applicable documents provided by DnR IT Solutions LLP.
